Intimacy - INTO ME YOU SEE 

I open myself up to you, so that you can see into me. When you see into me I feel seen, I feel that I matter, I feel like I belong. I feel real and I feel like I can open my multidimensional self up to you- both the gifts, the light and also the shadows, the wounds. Intimacy as a word means opening to and allowing another energy to come in and see you and then allowing yourself to actually merge into another to see into another. This is a sacred offering, It's a sacred space. It's a sacred gift. 

In the moments when old wounds, old patterns, old traumas, and old stories come up, we can choose to rewrite them.  Our job is to bring so much love, kindness, compassion, forgiveness, and sacredness into the space. It's our job to re-parent ourselves with the tender love, care, and nourishment we need.
