I started exploring plant medicines like Ceremonial Cacao. Being able to create sacred space and sitting in ceremony with myself. Both Cacao and Reiki have helped me unearth the dormant healer & teacher within me and made me realize that it's my soul's path to share this ancient wisdom with others.
Shamanic Reiki has brought so much healing to my life.
It's something I've always been drawn to. After becoming a mom and re-discovering who I was and then losing Roscoe I decided to finally embark on the Shamanic Journey. It not only brought me closer to myself, but the earth, to nature, to spirit, to my ancestors, to my guides.
It completely shifted my mindset and brought me back into alignment with my true self. It has empowered me in so many ways. It brought me back home to my heart, to myself. It helped me heal old wounds, shift past events, remove energetic blockages, cord cutting, soul loss and retrieval, finding my power animal (my fav), and I learned how to speak to plants, crystals, and animals on a soul level.
It helped me reprogram and recalibrate myself back to my true soul self.
